Description: If a purely geometric approach to a plane geometry problem seems unhelpful, we naturally turn to a computation. The computational technique involving complex numbers is widely used. After listing basic formulas and methods, this article with a quite large number of solved problems shows well the great variety of geometry problems, including very difficult ones, that relatively easily capitulate at this technique.
